The UFLUO-LINE is a flexible and homogeneous UV LED flood lamp suitable for a wide range of fluorescence process such as non-destructive testing examinations or detection . Many wavelengths can be integrated into this line depending on the request and applications such as UVC version USTERI-LINE for disinfection process.
Thanks to its high-intensity UV-A illumination, integrated electronics, and flexible length, the UFLUO-LINE stands as an ideal lighting solution for inspection and wash station.

The UFLUO-LINE is a UV LED lighting with a flexible length to fit mechanical specifications and constraints.

Indeed, optical length can be adjusted using 5 LED increments (meaning 10cm increments) to meet process requirements.

L2 option is available for less powerful process, so only one LED every 2 positions using 5 LED increments (meaning 20cm increments here)

-UFLUO-LINE for Non Destructive Testing (NDT) -

The UFLUO-LINE is perfectly suited for fluorescent non-destructive testing applications such as dye penetrant and magnetic particle testing: DPT, LPT, or MPT. Depending on the selected version, wavelength, and filter, it complies with various industry standards.

UFLUO-LINE – EN ISO 3059 : The UFLUO-LINE with selected 365nm LED is suitable for non-destructive testing according to EN ISO 3059 standard.

UFLUO-LINE – ASTM E3022 : Equipped with 365nm LED and the adapted Wood filter, the UFLUO-LINE 365nm is made for fluorescent penetrant and magnetic particle testing and is compliant with ASTM E3022 standard.

UFLUO-LINE – CEN TR 16638 : The 450nm version of UFLUO-LINE with dichroic filter is compliant with CEN TR 16638 standard for inspection under blue light.
