The USPOT is a high-performance UV LED spot curing system engineered for seamless integration into automated and semi-automated production lines. Designed for machine builders and system integrators, it delivers powerful and precise UV curing while maintaining the reliability and consistency required in industrial manufacturing environments. LED wavelengths 365 nm, 385 nm, 395 nm and 405 nm are available for your requirement.
UVC LED with 255 nm, 265 nm or 275 nm, UVB LED with 295 nm, 305 nm, 310 nm or 325 nm, visible LED with 450 nm, 465 nm, 525 nm or infrared 780 nm, 850 nm or 940 nm can also be integrated for specific applications.
Equipped with an advanced optical system, the USPOT provides high-intensity UV output of up to 6000 mW/cm², enabling efficient curing of thick UV adhesives, resins, and coatings. This high power level supports faster curing cycles and improved production throughput, helping manufacturers maintain productivity without compromising curing quality.
