What personal data does UWAVE collect and for what processing?

• After prospects / customers: Identity, contact details, function of people having a functional link with UWAVE projects
• With candidates: Identity, contact details and information entered in CV / application

UWAVE is committed to:

• Do not use the data collected for purposes other than those for which they were collected
• Prohibit any external person from entering or staying in UWAVE offices in which certain personal data is stored, without the presence of an UWAVE staff member
• Ensure that the various employees, subcontractors or partners involved in the services and services offered by UWAVE take the necessary precautions to ensure the security of the data transmitted to them and inform us of any problem of which they are aware and which would impact the protection of the personal data of our employees and customers.

What are the procedures for exercising the right to access and rectify or delete personal data?

In accordance with the applicable legal and regulatory provisions, in particular the law n ° 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms as amended and European regulation n ° 2016/679 / EU of April 27, 2016, UWAVE employees, subcontractors and customers benefit from a right of access, rectification, portability, erasure of data or even limitation of processing. It is also possible, for legitimate reasons, to oppose the processing of data within the limits of the legal obligations imposed on UWAVE and without this being able to infringe business secrets or intellectual property.

Excluding the right to complain to the CNIL and subject to the production of a valid proof of identity, exercise your rights by contacting UWAVE who will provide an answer as soon as possible and no later than 2 months after receipt of Requirement.

As provided for by the CNIL, UWAVE is not required to respond to requests for the right of access if:

• they are manifestly unfounded or excessive in particular by their repetitive nature (for example, multiple requests and reconciled in time to a copy already provided);
• the data is no longer stored / has been erased: in this case, access is impossible (ex finalization of a mission / project, end of service contract, etc.)
