Safety and UV Measures
At UWAVE, UV safety is a core concern: we support our customers in the selection and integration of UV protection equipment and UV measurement tools to ensure a risk-free working environment.
In accordance with DIN EN 62471:2008, our high-power UV LED solutions are classified in risk group 3, which means avoiding even brief exposure to the eyes and skin. In accordance with Directive 2006/25/EC, UWAVE offers a complete range of protective accessories (goggles, visors, gloves, screens) and UV radiometers to monitor and validate irradiation levels on site.
UV measurement systems provide live display of irradiance and UV dose levels, as well as the ability to monitor lighting performance and aging over time.
Our services include lighting calibration, performance qualification and operator training, ensuring strict compliance with safety thresholds and optimal control of UV radiation in all your industrial processes.
