• After prospects / customers: Identity, contact details, function of people having a functional link with UWAVE projects
• With candidates: Identity, contact details and information entered in CV / application

UWAVE is committed to:

• Do not use the data collected for purposes other than those for which they were collected
• Prohibit any external person from entering or staying in UWAVE offices in which certain personal data is stored, without the presence of an UWAVE staff member

As provided for by the CNIL, UWAVE is not required to respond to requests for the right of access if:
