The UV OVEN is a compact and powerful UV LED irradiation system designed for applications such as bonding, curing, crosslinking, and controlled UV exposure. Its integrated design combines the UV light source and control electronics within a single enclosure, providing a reliable and efficient solution for consistent UV processing.

The system allows operators to precisely manage the curing process by adjusting key parameters such as UV exposure time and irradiation intensity. This level of control ensures optimized curing conditions for a variety of UV-sensitive materials while maintaining stable and repeatable results.
LED wavelengths 365 nm, 385 nm, 395 nm and 405 nm are available for your requirement. UVC LED with 255 nm, 265 nm or 275 nm, UVB LED with 295 nm, 305 nm, 310 nm or 325 nm, visible LED with 450 nm, 465 nm, 525 nm or infrared 780 nm, 850 nm or 940 nm can also be integrated for specific applications

UV Oven Settings and Parameters

Process parameters can be easily selected and changed to fit your specifications, such as the insolation intensity and cycle time.

Max intensity: 250mW/cm² on irradiated area.
Uniformity: more than 90% on the whole surface.
UV safety: UV emission stops as soon as door is opened, no need to wear additional PPE.
Time setting range: from 1s to 100 hours with a 1s resolution.
Power setting range: from 10% to 99% with a 1% resolution.
Status LED: GREEN to indicate that the UV OVEN is ready for use & RED to indicate the cycle is performing.
