The UV OVEN is a compact UV LED irradiation oven suitable for a wide range of applications: bonding, curing, drying, hardening and photolithography.

Thanks to its ergonomic design, the UV OVEN gives you full control over your UV insolation processes and a great repeatability. You will be able to adjust UV curing time and intensity.

Process parameters can be easily selected and changed to fit your specifications, such as the insolation intensity and cycle time.

Max intensity: 250mW/cm² on irradiated area.
Uniformity: more than 85% on the whole surface.
UV safety: UV emission stops as soon as door is opened, no need to wear additional PPE.
Time setting range: from 1s to 100 hours with a 1s resolution.
Power setting range: from 10% to 99% with a 1% resolution.
Status LED: GREEN to indicate that the UV OVEN is ready for use & RED to indicate the cycle is performing.
