The UFIBER is a compact and highly precise UV LED spot curing system designed for applications requiring controlled and accurate UV exposure. Engineered for precision bonding and curing processes, the UFIBER delivers consistent UV light exactly where it is needed, ensuring efficient curing of UV-curable adhesives, coatings, and encapsulants.
LED wavelengths 365 nm, 385 nm, 395 nm and 405 nm are available for your requirement. UVC LED with 255 nm, 265 nm or 275 nm, UVB LED with 295 nm, 305 nm, 310 nm or 325 nm, visible LED with 450 nm, 465 nm, 525 nm or infrared 780 nm, 850 nm or 940 nm can also be integrated for specific applications.

Thanks to its modular optical design, the UFIBER provides excellent flexibility for different curing requirements. The system is equipped with five interchangeable lenses – Window, Large, Medium, Focus, and Collimated – allowing operators to easily adapt the UV beam to specific applications. This versatility makes the device suitable for both low-volume precision work and higher-volume production environments.

Its compact footprint allows easy mechanical integration into manual workstations as well as automated production equipment. The UPOWER power supply unit allows the control of up to 6 UFIBER simultaneously.

Insolation parameters like cycle time and intensity percentage are easily adjustable manually or automatically with an external PLC:

  • Possibility to control simultaneously from 1 to 6 UFIBER.
  • Semi-automatic operations: SWITCH mode allows the use of a footswitch.
  • Automatic operations: EXTERNAL CONTROL mode allows smart communication with a PLC.
