UCUBE-20 Extended UV Curing Flood
The UCUBE-20 is a powerful and highly uniform UV LED flood curing lamp designed for industrial environments where large-area irradiation and process repeatability are essential. Its stable light output and excellent beam homogeneity ensure consistent curing performance across the entire exposure surface, making it suitable for demanding manufacturing applications.
Equipped with a 200 mm × 200 mm UV emitting window, the UCUBE-20 is optimized for processes requiring extended illumination coverage. This large treatment area allows manufacturers to cure bigger components or multiple parts simultaneously while maintaining precise and uniform UV exposure. For applications that require precise optical performance, the system can be configured with a collimated beam delivering up to 90% homogeneity.
LED wavelengths 365 nm, 385 nm, 395 nm and 405 nm are available for your requirement. UVC LED with 255 nm, 265 nm or 275 nm, UVB LED with 295 nm, 305 nm, 310 nm or 325 nm, visible LED with 450 nm, 465 nm, 525 nm or infrared 780 nm, 850 nm or 940 nm can also be integrated for specific applications

The standard UCUBE-20 has a dispersive UV illumination, but an optional collimated beam optics can be integrated to keep at least 85% of the global irradiance at 10cm working distance.
UWAVE engages its know-how to allow you to benefit from a powerful and homogeneous UV flux at higher working distances by avoiding UV rays’ dispersions and losses.

The UCUBE-20 can easily be integrated on a UV CHAMBER to facilitate irradiation with a Plug and Play device and work in a completely safe unit with no PPE needed.
