UCUBE-10 Homogeneous & Powerful UV Curing Flood
The UCUBE-10 is a high-performance UV LED flood curing lamp engineered for precise, repeatable, and high-quality industrial processes. Its homogeneous UV output ensures uniform irradiation across the entire surface, making it ideal for demanding applications such as adhesive curing, component bonding, photolithography, and controlled photoaging.
Featuring a 100mm × 100mm UV-emitting window, the UCUBE-10 delivers wide-area coverage while maintaining high precision. Its collimated beam with up to 90% homogeneity provides reliable and repeatable results, helping reduce defects and improve production consistency. Two power options – 25 or 100 LEDs – allow engineers and integrators to select the optimal intensity for their specific application requirements.
LED wavelengths 365 nm, 385 nm, 395 nm and 405 nm are available for your requirement. UVC LED with 255 nm, 265 nm or 275 nm, UVB LED with 295 nm, 305 nm, 310 nm or 325 nm, visible LED with 450 nm, 465 nm, 525 nm or infrared 780 nm, 850 nm or 940 nm can also be integrated for specific applications

- Optical Option -
The standard UCUBE-10 has a dispersive UV illumination, but an optional collimated beam optics can be integrated to keep at least 85% of the global irradiance at 10cm working distance.
UWAVE engages its know-how to allow you to benefit from a powerful and homogeneous UV flux at higher working distances by avoiding UV rays’ dispersions and losses.

- Watercooled Option -
The UCUBE-10-HP can also be water-cooled thanks to an external chiller system.
Water flow allows a better thermal management of the LED to get an optimal optical stability and a longer lifetime for the product.
