UCUBE-15 Large UV Curing Flood
The UCUBE-15 is a homogeneous and powerful UV LED flood curing lamp, specifically engineered for repeatable, high-precision industrial processes. Its uniform light output and excellent homogeneity ensure consistent curing across a larger irradiated area, making it ideal for demanding applications such as curing adhesives, bonding components, photolithography, and controlled photoaging processes.
Featuring a 150mm × 150mm UV emitting window, the UCUBE-15 delivers extended wide-area coverage while maintaining high precision. Its optional collimated beam with up to 90% homogeneity guarantees reliable and repeatable results, reducing defects and improving production consistency.
LED wavelengths 365 nm, 385 nm, 395 nm and 405 nm are available for your requirement. UVC LED with 255 nm, 265 nm or 275 nm, UVB LED with 295 nm, 305 nm, 310 nm or 325 nm, visible LED with 450 nm, 465 nm, 525 nm or infrared 780 nm, 850 nm or 940 nm can also be integrated for specific applications

The standard UCUBE-15 has a dispersive UV illumination, but an optional collimated beam optics can be integrated to keep at least 85% of the global irradiance at 10cm working distance.
UWAVE engages its know-how to allow you to benefit from a powerful and homogeneous UV flux at higher working distances by avoiding UV rays’ dispersions and losses.

The UCUBE-15 can easily be integrated on a UV CHAMBER to facilitate irradiation with a Plug and Play device and work in a completely safe unit with no PPE needed.
